renting entire unit. has its own entrance. inside unit are 3 bedrooms with 40" smart TV on wall in each bed rooms, 2 bath, living room with 65" smart TV, large eat-in kitchen, laundry room. 6 cars parking in driveway. Its a must see. Looks so much better in person

Sketchy location/owner not responsive
The first impression of the place was a gated house with junk everywhere outside. One of the bedding in the rooms had multiple black curly hairs on it which caused me to sleep on a blanket on top of the sheets. Always people on the deck that stares and asked questions such as “will you be gone all day?” The owner and his family lived upstairs. The gate was ran by an app that was provided to us, at one point the gate was offline and we were late to our event due to the owner being unable to figure it out. The next night the pipes burst with HOT water and I was up for 3 hours while the owner mopped the floor. He told me “I will reimburse you for the inconvenience.” We were unable to shower there and the plumber was there early the next morning so I got little sleep that night. The owner never told me when the pipes were fixed until I text asking. Today I received a $50 refund on my 5 nights stay, which wasn’t even enough to cover one nights stay. I asked him to reimburse me for at least one night and he never responded. I wouldn’t recommend this place for many reasons.

My "home away from home"
This is my second year on my annual trip to CT staying at this property and I plan on making it my "home away from home" for every visit to Wtby. if it's available. I love this cute and intimate apartment. I have the ability to let family/friends stay with me in their own room while I visit, I can have family/friends visit me with no problem, and I LOVE the patio. The patio has just the perfect amount of privacy and it makes you feel so relaxed with the color scheme. The customer service Marcus gives is also exceptional! It was hotter this year when I visited so I asked about getting another fan. He literally gave us another fan the same day. I will be back...

No real designated parking, had to wait for a visitor of the owner to leave most times. The front door does not secure shut. Half the outlets in living room dont work. The furnace room has a water leak that soaked one of my children luggage and didn't look like the bedding was washed as we found hair,on the pillows and all over the sheets underneath

Family Day
I initially need the space for a gathering, but ended up just having a family night and the apartment was immaculate! The host was very communicable, and made sure we had everything. The space was clean, the bathrooms were top notch, and everything was labeled to perfection. I would definitely book this property again! It’s literally a gem in Waterbury!

Comfortable Place to Sleep/Shower
Comfortable beds, loud AC and dehumidifier, great water pressure. We didn’t have any trouble with the stairs. The whirlpool/spa was out of commission. Due to the basement aspect, there are some lower than usual ceiling heights watch your head! Our only recommendation would be to provide basic instructions on how to check-in/check-out without being asked - we had to message the host about where to park and how to access the unit and there were no instructions about how to leave the unit. Overall a pleasant stay.

A visit home
This lower level apartment was too cute! Just be careful on the stairs. There are "grip pads" (not sure what they are really called) on the stairs but they slide too. Other than that, I, along with my family and friends that came to see me while I was in town, were VERY impressed by this cute hidden gem. I had a small gathering on the large patio that moved into the apartment later. There is plenty of space/seating and they have extra folding chairs in the apartment. If you happen to run into the tenants upstairs, they all seem super nice. In conclusion, great location, really nice appliances, lively colors, nice cookware set, dishes/utensils (only needed to get a whine bottle opener) and great response time from the agent when needed. Hopefully this place will be available again on my next trip back home.

Beautiful and modern
Beautiful + modern as pictured! No frying pan though and marble entrance is very slippery when raining - just needs stair treads / rugs and to install a railing to make it more accessible. Convenient location, enjoyed my birthday with some friends after a local concert. Beautiful back deck. Hope to stay again :)
