Great hotel in downtown Waterbury. We were greeted with a glass of wine, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Great bar and restaurant.

We live in NY, and were in town for a family funeral. The viewing was about 1 mile away from the Marriott. We were able to check in, freshen up, and make it to the wake and pay our respects to a our military veteran family member. Except for our family loss, the check in, room, parking and travel were all without issue.

everything worked out well for our stay with no problems and walking around going to different stores was fun.....

At check in, the person that check us in was not friendly at all, it was like it was an inconvenience for her. There were two people doing check in and we were the only ones checking in. The ice machine on our floor was in plugged so I went to the 3rd floor, it was also unplugged.
