Great location
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayOlder house, but many areas upgraded, including kitchen. Just a 1/2 a block from downtown. Mattresses are ready to replace. Needs attention in the bathrooms, a towel rack would be nice.

Great location and lots of space
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayHome is very close to business area of historic Waterbury. Quaint and quiet location with very updated kitchen and pretty basic bedrooms and bath. Lots and lots of space. Huge dining room and generous living room and smaller back room. Probably better for a family than just two. Location is great for attractions in Stowe and close enough to Shelburne and Burlington.

Yes, this is an older property. The fans are only in the bedrooms and are loud. But the house is also so much bigger than I was expecting and has so much charm to it. And the town of Waterbury is so cute and very walkable. Tip for those driving in really late at night. Don’t expect anything to be open late so plan ahead for dinner.

Very nicely updated home

Tim, the owner, was responsive and easy to work with. Large comfortable space to stay. Laundry and air-conditioning were much appreciated as was the Keurig coffee maker.
