Il y avait du gaz pas loin et très facile à rembarquer sur I-84 ouest. Le matelas était un peu mou, mais on a très bien dormi. Prix raisonnable. Bravo!

Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HotelsOverall hotel was fine, but the elevator was broken so walking up and down 3 flights of stairs with luggage and hot temps was not welcome. No ‘discount’ do to major inconvenience, in fact they charged us $50 more than the price given in Hotels.com!

Do not stay here
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsUnfortunatley, not a great experience. The elevator was out for the entire stay. Upon arriving, the front desk person watched me load all of my luggage onto a cart and then proceeded to tell me the elevator was out so i had to unload everything back off the cart and carry up the stairs. No offer of assistance. The thermostat and phone did not work for the entire stay. We were told we had to schedule room cleanings by calling the front desk with the room phone. Without a room phone, that obviously wasnt an option. On day two i went down for clean towels and no one was at the front desk. I waited for 10 minutes. I later went to the front desk and scheduled a room cleaning for the next day in which i was told was no problem. When we returned to the room that night, nothing was done in our room. We were in a non smoking room, but it had smelled of smoke for first day and a half. We received no pre warning of the elevator being broken and received no updates during our stay. Overall an unfortunate stay experience.

The customer service was great. It’s just whoever owns this hotel doesn’t put any care in this hotel. First off … not one but all 4 elevators were out of order. I have a bad back and this was hard going up 4 flights of stairs with luggage. Also to have to go back and forth down the stairs was hard for me and the other guest too. I know because I had to help someone walk up the stairs. The customer service was great and they were very nice. Room service on the other hand told me that I had to yet walk to get more towels even though all the elevators are down and I can’t walk back n forth.
The room was overall clean but don’t walk around in your socks. My socks look like I ran outside for hours with no shoes on. The bathtub made this creeking sound every time you stepped in it. The mattress wasn’t all the way clean.
Overall my stay was okay. Wasn’t the worst … just some good love and tender care to this hotel would be nice.
