It was ok everyone was friendly but make sure if u want your room clean and more towel to tell them because they will not clean it if you dont ask first hotel i ever stayed in worked that but other then that it was a good stay

Our stay was horrible! Holes in the walls, busted microwave, rattling can shoved up in bathroom vent, no ice machine, people in and out all night next door because people live there. Just all around filthy like housekeeping hasn't done anything but swap out sheets. Had I known these things, i would have booked elsewhere. The photos on the website are NOT what you will be walking into. I didn't want to make this review, but I have emailed and called, and no one will call/email back about a refund, and I don't want to hear an excuse about remodeling. I saw NO rooms under renovation, and if that were the case, then out of towners/overnighters definitely should be put into those rooms instead of the horrible ones.

The staff was pretty average, although wasn’t helpful when requesting a refund. The rooms were poorly maintained. Very dirty, there was what looked like blood on the floor near ice machine, mold in the mini fridge, dirt, dander and other unknown substances on the still plastic wrapped box spring of the bed, clearly not vacuumed floors, the a.c. was caked in dirt and dust, there was multiple stains on carpet, there was what I think was mold in the shower corners and stains and hair on the sheets. Also, there was wetness in the entry way of the room into the bathroom and after taking a shower a member of staff told us that our shower was leaking into the pool which was under us. Not to mention, the website says it’s a non smoking hotel well the whole place reeked of cigarette and weed smoke smell. They do allow pets, as stated on the website as well but the hallways have a rancid urine smell. There were unsupervised children riding bikes in the hallway late at night past midnight. Also there were no fire alarms in our rooms one of our rooms didn’t have one, and the other had a gutted fire alarm (no electronics just the outside casing of it) and the bathroom vent fan was busted up. I guess there’s not much good to say about this place. The property owners best bet would probably be to demo it and start over, in need of some serious TLC.

This place was poorly maintained and had a bad smell emanating from it at the entrance way.

The room smelled like peed and the shower sucked. Could hear all the conversations that were outside.

I've stayed at this location many times including before they changed owners. This motel is on the southeast side of the state and I live on the northwest side. it's convenient for for visiting friends, relatives, and doing business. However, this time the room was filthy, it didn't have coffee cups, the walls have splatter & paint, it smelled terrible, and there were many flies. It was definitely substandard to previous visits.

This hotels elevator smelled like someone had urinated in it. The stairs had carpet that was disgusting. The chair in our room had stains all overr it. It was gross. Dude at counter would only give us another room on the 2nd floor and we werent happy with that. He finally found us a room that cost us $30 more than we paid. This room was much cleaner but the air conditioner fan didnt work. I was so disappointed.
