The breakfast was less than expected. It had coffee and cereal and pancakes. But no one was attending to it, so they were out of bowls for the cereal. There was a rack for muffins but it was empty

when we arrived the clerk was on the phone for about 10 minutes and tolds us they didn't have any available rooms. After he finished his phone call, he said he could check us in now. Very unprofessional.

It was convenient but we could hear every sound in the hall as well as every time someone used the bathroom. The noise kept me awake most of the night.
