Lakefront RV with beautiful waterfront views. This is a new 2023 Jayco Pinnacle 38FLGK luxury fifth wheel with all the comforts of home. Spacious front living with 2 sofas along with 2 power recliners. The kitchen features residential appliances along with dining table. There is a half bath just to the left side of the kitchen. The master bedroom features a king size mattress with plenty of wardrobe space. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the roomy on suite. It features double sinks, residential walk in shower, raised skylight, multi jet shower head and teak seat. Relax, Recharge & have some fun in the sun. Boat ramp and dock to enjoy your water activities. No children under 16 or pets allowed.

Great Getaway
Leonard’s place was hyper clean, very well appointed and just a joy to stay for a long weekend. He met us at to go over the amenities of the 5th wheel. While there he offered advice on grocery stores and good restaurants which was greatly appreciated. We truly appreciated his hospitality in letting us use the seating on the dock to enjoy the evenings. Even though we decided not to bring our boat he offers a great boat ramp and use of the dock. Our stay was as close to perfect as you could expect. We told him we’d see him in the spring to enjoy his great place again!

Relaxation and peaceful retreat.
The camper was absolutely amazing, as was the view. The owners allowed us to use the chairs on the docks, we sat on dock and read while enjoying beautiful Lake Greenwood. We ate at Harris Landing on the lake and the burgers were amazing. (Thanks to the Pope’s for recommending). We also ate at Break on the Lake, it was very good also. It’s out in the country which I loved. I would Definitely recommend and the owners were great.

Peaceful view of Lake Greenwood from pier or RV or house
I loved the view of Lake Greenwood especially with the small marsh that was near the pier! That added significant beauty to the bigger view of the lake, with the marsh cattails and grasses and egrets, etc. I sat there during the day in the sunshine and at night under the stars. We were supposed to stay in the RV but they were clearing the area around it, so we stayed in the home. The home was amazingly comfortable, and modern and welcoming inside.

Did not disappoint
My husband and I were there to explore the area so we spent alot of time driving around. This RV was a perfect "home base" for us. Five-star all the way. Leonard and Mel were great hosts.

Weekend Getaway
Leonard and Mel were wonderful to work with. The property was meticulously maintained and the camper was spotless. The property offered a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed our time relaxing and look forward to returning soon.
