The perfect place for your get away. Not only is this home conveniently located within eye-site of Lost Island Waterpark & Themepark, you will have your own oasis to enjoy while you stay. Access to the full home, with kitchen, laundry, and a backyard that you won't want to leave. Sitting on a large corner lot, you will have a wonderful deck/patio, large pool, hot tub, and more. This quiet neighborhood is perfectly located. Walking distance to a Theme Park, Water Park, Casino, and golf course. Running in front of the property is also the Cedar Valley Nature Trail, which connects 50+ miles of bike trails from the Cedar Valley to Cedar Rapids. Other nearby amenities include shopping malls, dining, and nightlife. Easy access to nearby highways makes easy travel to the University of Northern Iowa and other nearby attractions.

Quiet Family Trip
Our overall experience at the Oasis was good, and I would come back if we visit Waterloo again. The location is pleasant, easy to get to attractions, and the house itself was as described. This is not going to be a luxurious property, and I think that is fine at the price point. Memorable parts of the home are the pool, deck, and many bedrooms that provide privacy during the stay. The house was clean, and had a reasonably well maintained interior. My only watch outs on the property: 1) There were missing remotes and remotes that didn't function with the TV they were near. In theory each bedroom had a Roku, but in practice it didn't work. Ideally there would be a more cohesive setup with the network. 2) The pool is definitely adequate, but the exterior is missing shade off the back. I think there is an opportunity for a future pergola or large retractable awning to help with sun exposure. Very good trip, and a fine place to stay. I think it's a great location if you intend to use the nearby casino, waterpark, and theme park.

We found the booking, check-in, and check-out procedures so easy. The house was very clean with many extras. The location was quiet and yet close to much shopping as well as many restaurants and attractions. We will be looking at booking this same property in the future.

The house fit our needs well. Friends and family in town for a wrestling tournament and the house worked great for all to meet up at and enjoy spending time together. Nice neighborhood. Large back yard and hot tub. Look forward to coming back in the summer to the same location.

Golf Team Lodging
We had plenty of beds for our team and we saved money be being able to stay here rather than a hotel. The young ladies enjoyed the ability to build team unity due to the togetherness it provided. The outside seating was just what we needed after the first round of the tournament ended in the early afternoon. We ate outside and relaxed in the patio furniture, pool, and whirlpool. Thank you.

We had a great time! Justin was excellent in his communication and it was an overall awesome experience. A few things that I want to note- The pool isn’t heated, but felt great on a hot summer day. Need a couple more umbrellas for shade. The grill needs to be updated - it’s been well-used. The beds aren’t the most comfortable, but are fine for a short stay. The bunk bed room was great for kids. There’s Wi-Fi, but no cable TV. There is both a Keurig and drip coffee pot- YEAH!! Overall, it’s a great value and I recommend this property!
