We checked in on 9/6 and checked out on 9/8. We stayed in room 318 and it was infested with bugs. My partner and I are covered in what look like bed bug bites from our earlobes down to our toes. We have called the hotel 3 times and they will not return our calls. We contacted Expedia and they are still waiting for the hotel to call them back too. We have spent a lot of money now on bug sprays and anti itch ointments and the hotel is ignoring us. We just want someone to take some accountability.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in

Trash in second floor hall. Man sitting at entrance smoking pot. Dead black bugs in bathroom, no tissue and small amount of tp when arrived had to ask for more.

Room was dirty! Had to go to front desk to get kleenex and toilet paper. No air conditioning in common areas and it was hot!! Air was not on in my room when I arrived so I was sweating while getting ready for a wedding. Breakfast was a joke. Only positive was I slept amazingly well.

Well sign says back in 1 min. 15 min later i got checked in.
Tried to take a shower. The water poured out of facet mostly after turning the control to shower which was broken off almost slicing my finger.
Dust everywhere.

It’s a place to shower and sleep. Nothing more. We have stayed here for several years and it really needs updating.

Crappy hotel stinky room and dirty beddings pillows smells bad and dirty. People walking on the 2nd floor can’t sleep good.

Staff was great, the sheets had some stains on them. There’s a bar next door which is awesome and the venue we were attending for the wedding was right next door. Overall the price was good and they said they’d price match any deal found next time. Only thing I’d wish for is a pool but I’m being picky overall a solid 4/5.
