Nice hotel
We just stayed one night for a cross-border shopping trip. While Watertown isn't the most exciting place to be, it was much cheaper than nearby Syracuse and they had all the things we needed for this trip. The hotel was clean, easy to find, comfy bed, friendly staff. Free parking is always nice. We opted to walk to dinner, since we were consuming alcohol. I guess no one else does that, as the sidewalks were fragmented and it was not a pedestrian friendly area at all.

Very clean and hospitable. We were in a handicap room but could not get the shower to work . Also I think 65$ extra for a pet is out of line . I don’t mind a fee but that is high and unreasonable.

The help is the best thing and keeps us coming back. Jim, who checks us and is remarkable. The the gentleman who takes care of the breakfast in the morning is the politest person we’ve ever met. it’s the staff that keeps us coming back.

Hampton Inn used to have pens & paper in the room to make notes, Where did they go? Rooms have a chair for the desk but need another chair for someone to watch TV. Sitting on the bed is uncomfortable.

I didn’t like that it was the farthest hotel in the plaza away from the restaurants. Made for a long walk, but not undoable since I’m younger.
