The noise in the back parking lot is a problem. I've not rested well the past 2 nights.

I'm so sorry Charles, that you didn't get as good of a sleep as you should have. I'd be interested to know where the noise was coming from, we haven't heard this before. Our friendly front desk are always happy to help in anyway they can. If there is a next time, please let us know right away so we can investigate for you.
