Pool closed do iwn
Posted Jul. 29, 2024 on HotelsI booked this hotel because I had a long drive and was looking to relax in the hot tub/ pool. When I got there pool was not open due to maintenance needed.

The breakfast was wonderful. Clean. Bummed out the pool and hot tub were closed. Great hotel.

Check in was nice. Staff told us about the gas station having good pizza. Pizza and wings were great at gas station beside hotel. Not many options to get food in late evening. Morning crew disappeared during breakfast. We did not like breakfast. They had eggs with onions and peppers for burritos but did not have plain eggs. No milk was out. When staff finally checked on breakfast quantity, she started putting items away. This was way before time to stop breakfast. Other ppl came down to breakfast at 8:40 to find not much food. Food was limited.
This hotel had a high rating but I felt it should have been around 7.5.
Bed and pillows were ok. Air did not stay cool the whole night.
It was an ok place for the price.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
