It would be appreciated if shampoo and conditionar were provided. Having access to a fridge and microwave would be a nice to have.

Hello Louise,Motel 6 offers rooms with microwave and refrigerator and without them as well. The different room types can be booked based on the availability for travel dates.Motel 6 has gone away from shampoo and conditioner for a few years now, but they are available through vending and or request at the front desk. Thank you.

Publié le 18 août 2018 sur ExpediaC'est un motel dans une petite ville où nous avons pu dégusté de très bons breakfast , un excellent repas mexicain. Mais je ne conseille pas ce motel. Il manque de confort et de prestations. Il n'a pas été possible d'avoir un thé. Nous avons eu froid. La literie était affreuse, comme l'accueil d'ailleurs

The bathroom floor was full of hairs and it was not clean properly. Also during the night there was one guy banging on a door and he woke up so many other people around. I felt unsafe and this guy came back again and bang on the door again.

Property is ok, nothing great, but wasn't expecting much. Room wasn't entirely clean, but served it's purpose.

Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsWe got up to our room, there we're lots of people hangout, our kids were terrified, our key card didn't work until we pushed hard on the door, the room smelled really bad,we asked for another room or refund and we were refused, we took the lost and slept in our vehicle, it was a very very disappointing birthday for our child but had fun at the Monterey aquarium is what counted for him ...I extremely don't recommend this location at all.. you're better off sleeping in your vehicle...

Unfortunately, your stay was during special events week in the peninsula with over 60k additional people in town.We take every review very seriously. I do want to inform you that I was on duty on August 16th and had not received any complaints or issues reported. Our property is equipped with security cameras, which we review throughout the night. We, do not see any guest sleeping in their vehicles on our property and after inspection of the room you occupied, no door issues were found. We did see that the room was completely used and occupied. Again, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have had.

Hello Laurie,I see things not go well during your stay with us.I also, see that we met your requests for ground floor stair free path entrance to room as requested. We do not provide Keurig coffeemaker or any coffeemaker in our guest rooms, but we do provide free coffee from 6am in our lobby. Was there anything different we could have done to make your stay more pleasant, after meeting your requested per your reservation.

We have done a full room check and no signs of any molds were detected or seen. We use black lights and wetness detectors. I want to thank you again from your concerns.
