Lovely property. Being on the first floor, there is not much of a view, but it also broke the wind and we were able to sleep with the windows open. Light lovely breeze and Only steps to the beach. Quiet, peaceful, and cozy. Definitely would rent this again.

Don’t go for it

First of all, door code to access is not correct and we have waited for 1 hr to get it figured out for the text only number to message. They responded with a new code. The shower head did not work and they told they inspected the day that we checked in but nothing seems to work.

Thank you for your review, honest feedback is key to improving guest satisfaction. The shower head did indeed need replacement, it was losing water pressure as the water leaked out the sides of the head. It was reported after 9pm the night prior to check out so was not replaced until the following day. The guest also reported a slow draining garbage disposal after 9pm the night prior to check out. The issue was they didn’t try running it. The switch is under the sink and the cabinet door is labeled. If ever stuck outside of one of our keyless entry door, the security guard is 24 hours and has a key, he just needs a call. Our average response time is 5 minutes after receiving a text, this was an unusual delay.

A little disappointed

The accommodations were significantly lacking...especially no bureau in bedroom, folding tv trays as side tables, no place to take things out of our suitcase! No coffee table in sitting area. Subpar amenities, minimal kitchen stuff. Bathroom in need of repair. Not what we've experienced in other units over the years. They did comp us 1 night after we brought the deficiency to their attention.

To be fair the condo amenities were pictured. I’m glad you were still able to enjoy the beach and weather. Next time we can help you find a remolded condo that is more your style. Each property is so different and decorated to the style of the individual owner.

Publié le 8 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis 1bdrm pajarro dunes condo had many positives and many negatives. Positives: overall property was clean, laminate flooring was easy to sweep/clean, a broom and vacuum provided, location was steps from the beach/dunes, on the first floor, washer and dryer.
Negatives: no cleaning supplies provided besides dish soap, no beach towels, everything was washed with scented/fragrance soap, no cooking spices or oils provided, bathtub/shower is 2 feet off the ground(very dangerous to get in and out of), the couch was extremely uncomfortable (the most uncomfortable piece of furntiure I've ever sat on), the bed was just o.k., app beach chairs or umbrella or toys provided.
Overall we had a nice stay but we would not stay at this condo again.

Lovely visit even with a sick kiddo.
Publié le 22 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayIt was a great visit the kitchen was well equipped and the place was very clean we were happy to have access to our Disney plus account since our kiddo got sick on the first day and Bluey was the only thing to keep her from running to the beach and overdoing it in February. All in all it was a nice place to convalesce with the family.

Lovely getaway
Publié le 19 août 2022 sur HomeAwayWonderful experience. Place was clean and had Everything I needed. Only concern is be prepared for big drop to the floor when exiting shower. Grab bars would be helpful. Just very few steps to the beach made for awesome sunset views.
