The beach is my happy place!
Publié le 27 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! The view was spectacular! The condo had all we needed to be comfortable and just relax. Paul the homeowner was easy to communicate with and we were gifted with a basket of snacks and a bottle of wine!

Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place was real close to the beach! Just a short walk down a sandy hill. The condo has chairs you can use to sit on the beach. The outside table at the condo is tall so you can sit on the tall chairs. We enjoyed sitting on the beach in the evening before the sun goes down. Also enjoyed hearing the sound of the ocean. It was beautiful there! It was only a very short walk. The water is probably less than 150 ft. from the condo. The bed and furniture are very comfortable.

Great beachfront condo
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe rental was just as described in listing. Beachfront and beach access was right outside the door! Owners were helpful and communicated quickly. The only draw back of this location is the property is in the middle of a large farming area so getting there is a little bit of an unexpected drive and there aren’t many restaurants close by. However the condo is beautiful and very well equipped, so leaving the condo isn’t necessary. We would come back for a staycation again for sure!

Glad you enjoyed your stay and enjoyed the condo. Sorry for the remote location on the ocean. In this area it is difficult and almost impossible to find a place this close to the water. Sorry, we are five miles from town. Units were built in the late 1970's and the Coastal Commission will never allow another complex like this on the West Coast between Santa Cruz and Santa Barbara.

Destressing
Publié le 27 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay was wonderful. We had perfect warm weather, quiet relaxation time enjoying the clear and beautiful view along with the sound of the waves crashing. Our walk was peaceful and enjoyable, found some wonderful beach treasures. The house was warm and welcoming. Comfortable couch and bed, fully stocked with everything you need. Surprised that Hostess gave us a welcome snack basket and wine bottle (no one does that anymore) it was so sweet and thoughtful of them.
