One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service. Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. Needless to say a poor management by owner and totally irresponsible behaviour. Please don't waste your money by looking at beautiful pics of the villa. Save your money for better stay. Even worst hotels will give better service. Here even breakfast are bought from shabby roadside shops.

We apologize for your experience, not sure what you were expecting. Firstly when the booking was made on Expedia inspite the possibility of you messaging us as to what time you will arrive you came in at 11,30 PM in the night without prior messaging even through t Our check in counter closes at 11.00 pm as we are a villa and not a hotel with a 24 hour desk We were under the impression that it was a no show.You book one room but you use two rooms because you do not air-conditioned remote was wrongly been operated. And the linen was used in both roomsWe also were informed that after staying for 2 nights you wanted a refund which we could not agree to.
