Good but room for improvement

Location is good but room condition can be improved. Add scents, change old sofa, clean bathroom floor better. Good price.

The towel bar was broken off the wall and left a big hole where it was. Also, the bathroom door was separating from the exterior. The a/c didn’t cool the room. Also, I killed at least 4 bugs.
