Probably between a one star and two star hotel. Will pick another hotel next time in Waunakee.

Needs renovation.

This hotel is falling apart. The nightstand was not put together and there where holes in the walls. The curtans did not cover thw widows all the way. We did get freah towels when we asked.

Disappointed

Did not have king bed size available as reserved upon checkin. Hotel was booked. No other room available. TV was not hooked up. Room was very outdated.

We're very sorry that the overbooking situation left you with a queen size bed instead of a king. Also, please note that guests will often disconnect the cable box to hook up their own equipment, such as Roku sticks, or game systems. Any time you have a tech issue, please contact the front desk for support. Please call us to discuss making amends.

This motel was run down ..small t.v. old time cable..all furniture scratched badly one broken...mattress old hard..leaking fridge..bad breakfast...room only cleaned once in three nights if that's what they called cleaning..drains keep backing up..bath tub had safety rail broken...rusty toilet and tissue holder..etc.etc. .

We're very sorry you were so very unhappy with every little thing, no matter our efforts. Most of our guests tell us that our breakfast is wonderful, our beds are very comfortable, our rooms are quite nice, and they enjoy our 32" flat screen TV's, cable with Showtime, and super fast internet for their streaming and gaming needs. We're sorry to hear you disagree with them.

Waunakee certainly is a fun little town. Including our pool! And while we're sorry that you didn't appreciate our local little hotel, we do our best to provide clean, safe, quiet, comfortable and reasonably priced lodging for our guests.

Wow I was only there for one Night. What more can Ask for warm bed, clean Bathroom and peace and quiet.

Awful conditions

Dirty bed sheet along with disgusting carpets. The pool was 55 degrees hot tub 68 degrees. Told by management the circuit breakers were off for the pools. It will be ready by morning. Morning breakfast was disgusting . On top of that we rented two rooms both had a moldy smell. i know why now it’s was only 2 half stars should have been smarter about booking the rooms. Won’t be a returning costumer.
