Dirty carpets and mattresses. Room not at all what was pictured as room online when i reserved it. Bathroom shower way too small ...neither me nor my husband would fit. Was shown another room just as bad! Was told could not get a refund without manager's ok..was told to come back the next day. Not only got charged for a room we did not stay in/at but also got charged for late check out!!!! We ened up going to a totally different hotel. Very disappointed not only at rooms and price but also the bery non accommodating staff. Never been this disappointed and will not book there ever again!!

Stained wall

It was noted that there were many repairs needed! ( tv didn’t work, holes in random walls, clocks were not on time, toilets were dirty, etc) In addition, we woke up and realized there was brown splatter all down the wall next to bed and staining the mattress ( vomit, spill?…gross)!!! The stain was reported to hotel staff and the response given was “sorry, there is nothing we can do for you”!

The hotel smelled like mold. Our room was not clean. The carpet was dingy. The bed sheet had stains and was inside out. The bed frame was dusty. The bathroom, where do I begin? Everything was just surfaced cleaned. The bathtub was all moldy. The shower-head was caked of crud. The sink water wouldn't go down right away. The "bar sink" had mold and the water wouldn't go down right away. When turning on the shower, we moved turned the handle and the whole handle fell off and fell into the tub. Thank goodness we had a nail file to screw it back on. But neither of us wanted to touch the thing, it was disgustingly dirty. The toilet was dirty with bugs crawling on it. We were in town for a wedding and needed to get ready so we just powered through.

Wet towels on check in, one small bar of soap, bed half made. no shampoo Left after 2 nites was scheduled for four. Went to comfort inn more money but well worth.would like refund for 2 nites that I didn’t stay. SO DISAPPONTING

The room was DIRTY.. dust & dirt around the room. The bathroom was dirty.. mold in the shower, dirt stained curtain liner, towels & rags had stains on them. Just overall, not a clean place to stay.

Breakfast was good, great selection, attractive display and food was fresh. Check in was easy desk clerk was effecient and friendly. Room had lots of dog hair and there was mold around the shower fixtures. Hallway carpets need cleaning. It wasnt up to par for a Ramada.
