If you're looking for a modern hotel with a lot of accommodations, this isn't it. However, if you just need a clean, affordable motel & don't need a bunch of fancy bells & whistles, this is the one. We've stayed here before & will stay here again when needed.

It’s the only hotel in town and definitely not worth $150 a night, maybe $50 a night.

WI-FI was very weak, very old hotel. towels were small and very thin. granted, only hotel in area so not much choice

This is a budget priced property and it is a good stay if you want a budget stay. Clean and nice but needs some maintenance.

Almost all hotels and motels I go to if you’re not able to make it you can cancel your reservation and it will be refunded to you. This is one place that does not do that and I wasn’t really happy with that situation. We had a natural disaster in Sikeston and I needed to be home to clean up instead I was committed to do this or lose my money. And staying here was not cheap.
