The hotel was very clean. Room an bathroom were both clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected which is nice. Hot tub and pool were both clean. I had read about road noise? Our room was very quiet no issues. Only 1 minor issues. Shower could use more water pleasure. Otherwise the stay was excellent!!!

After we were given our room key card for the third floor, we got our luggage from the car and went to the elevator. There was a sign that said out of order. Never did the girl at the front desk inform us of this. We asked to be changed to the first floor, but there was nothing available. She put us on the second, which was still two flights of stairs to carry our luggage up. We’re in our seventies, and this was a real burden. Then we got to our room to discover a big glob of long dark hair in the sheets. Disgusting!!! Luckily, there was another bed. Won’t stay there again.

The only real complaint is the traffic noise from Hwy 131. Our room was on the side toward the highway and it was noisy 24 x 7. The elevator was marked as unreliable. The ice machine on 2nd floor quit working. Otherwise it was great. Breakfast & coffee were great.
