Great property with opportunities to be much better
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is perfectly located for a great escape with friends and family. Once we arrived, we had no need to leave the house. The amenities, both indoors and outdoors, were fantastic, including the hot tub, pool, outdoor grill, basketball hoop, and putting green. We also appreciated having our groceries delivered via Instacart.
However, there are a few areas for improvement:
Given the cleaning fee, the cleanliness could be significantly better.
The outdoor pool area needs an updated refrigerator, as it was not functioning.
The check-in binder containing important information (like Wi-Fi password and entry options) was missing.
The DirecTV setup was problematic; the cabling was disorganized and not working, and we were instructed not to touch anything, which left us without TV for several days.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay but hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Lovely property
Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayGorgeous property. Front lock is tricky. Cleaning fee is $500 and you are expected to sweep and vac before you leave. Very small coffee pot. 2 rolls tp per bathroom and no soap or shampoo in the shower.

Amazing weekend!

Beyond spacious for our needs, lots of bathrooms for our group of girls! We had a blast and some of the girls were talking about wanting to book again with their families! Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

As mentioned in other comments, there have been tiny opportunities of improvement throughout our visits, however, coming from a group that has been here every year, we can tell you the management communication has Always been superb and upgrades have been made year over year. This place is always in great shape: clean, comfortable, and the location itself provides a serene calming

Family Vacation
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayFor our annual family vacation we chose to come to the Finger Lakes and fell in love with this property and the amenities. Our family really enjoyed the patio area, pool and hot tub. We grilled most days and having the outside fridge by the grill was an extra bonus. We roasted s’mores over the fire pit and gazed at the stars in the evening. The game room got lots of use too. We enjoyed this rural and secluded area. We took day trips to Seneca Park Zoo, Niagara Falls and rented a pontoon one evening on the Canandaigua Lake. The property managers Jill and Mike were wonderful and attended to our requests in a timely manner.

Three Families, One Amazing Week!

We were very comfortable in the large living room and loved the kitchen/long table for meals made easy. We spent hours each day at the pool and made use of the extra refrigerator in that area. The teens LOVED making the basement bedroom their own, enjoying the three big beds and sofa/TV for gaming. The grounds were beautiful and the pond offered some fishing fun. It was so peaceful there and truly felt like a break from real life.

Perfect for Group Getaway
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house and property were better than expected! Great layout, tons of space - lots of privacy. Perfect for our girls’ getaway. The house was very clean and organized when we arrived. Hosts were responsive to questions and requests. The pool and outdoor patio space was perfect for relaxation and fun. One point to mention - no smart TVs, so no streaming ability. There is satellite TV but we were only able to get 3 or 4 channels. Recommend bringing your own Roku or Firestick to plug in if this is an issue for you. We didn’t mind but imagined it would have been a problem if we had kids along! Loved visiting the small towns nearby (esp Naples) and hiking the gorge trail in Stony Brook state park. Great location for exploring!
