Acceuil très chaleureux. La chambre était impeccable, le déjeuner absolument délicieux et les hôtes nous ont fait sentir comme si nous étions à la maison.

Me and the wife was expecting the Washington suite which is in the main manor. The pictures of the room clearly shows the arched windows of the house. We went there for the experience of the Manor. What we got was there so called suite room which was a basement under the house. I overlooked that. But when we went to sleep, the outdoor lighting kept us up ,because it shined in our room all night. They had no drapes to close, just blinds. Room was warm, the bed was horrible. Told the owner in the morning, we had to leave because we could not sleep. He did not offer anything. They charged us for two nights even though we only stayed one night. Worst place as comfort goes I ever stayed at. Was clean though. I did not want to stay in a basement/so called suite. I paid for a room up stairs never received it or money back. Have pictures to back it up.

When you arrived Friday, you were thrilled about the complimentary upgrade you were given. If this issue would have been brought up, we would have been more than happy to address them so you wouldn't have had to leave. We would have gladly given you a refund if you would have cancelled your other night stay, which would have opened it up for another guest to come and stay.

Absolutely wonderful experience overall and we would highly recommend. The property and views were beautiful and the owner was helpful and nice as could be. He even gave us a tour. The check-in process was extremely simple and the room was very comfortable.
