Hi Ashley, our goal is for everyone to have a 5-star stay at our cabin. We're sorry if you feel we fell short of this standard for your stay. - We wish you had reached out to us immediately with any concerns, as requested in the welcome text on the day of your arrival, as well as in the welcome book. This would have allowed us to rectify any issues and ensure you had the pleasant stay you deserve - The fee referenced is likely a VRBO fee as this is the platform that was used to book. We add on a cleaning fee and/or pet fee if applicable and there are third-party booking fee(s) involved in the transaction that we aren't able to see since those funds are not dispersed to us - All kitchen appliances are brand new and were replaced at the end of February 2023. If you felt the fridge was not cooling properly, we would have happily had this looked at and repaired if needed - Since receiving this feedback, we have had the fridge inspected and there does not seem to be any issues with it cooling properly. Additionally, we have not had any other guests mention issues with the fridge since your stay - Two battery-operated LED lanterns are kept on the fireplace mantel, we're sorry if you did not see them up there. Light switches are directly next to each door and you are correct that I did not include these in my welcome book - The welcome book includes our 11 check-out directions, which are mostly reminders as a courtesy to our guests. For example, "Please remember to log out of any streaming accounts, Please remember to check the washer & dryer so you don't leave any clothes behind" - As stated in our listing, "starter items" are supplied but you may have to purchase more of what you need during your stay - We apologize if you misunderstood the directions pertaining to the garbage. We only ask that trash is not thrown in the outside trash cans without a bag. Of course, we allow trash to be put in any type of bag - Sheets are not kept on the pull-out sofa. After washing, they are stored in a zippered storage bag & placed in the closet. A mattress cover is kept on the pull-out at all times - Both bathrooms have 4 bath towels each in addition to the 4 additional hot tub towels that are provided. Our cleaner did not notice any stains on the towels, however, we did go ahead and replace all bath towels - We were not aware that anything was wrong with the door. We have requested that maintenance look at the storm door and make repairs Thank you for your feedback!
