Bathroom had mold beds were not very comfortable

This place was a disaster the A/C sounded like a truck running the swimming pool had no water in it the faucets in the bathtub where dripping patches on ceiling the all chrome off faucets the worse room I have ever gottt!! The office was locked at 2:30pm

Publié le 8 mai 2024 sur HotelsThis place was unkept and OLD. Parklot had holes and elephant could fall in. Manager was not on duty and left and older woman who was living there for me to check in. The place was empty looking and she only offered a king bed instead of 2 queens I booked. And that room smelled stank.

WELL thank you for your word says older women check you inn i didn't see any problem age just number if you go to Walmart ant same age work over there i guess you stop buying? another thing you yes you book 2 bed non smoking and on that day we have one bed non smoking downstairs available you refuse to go upstairs and i have video as u very very rude towards my employ your husband try to calm you down but you keep yelling on her we offer you rooms but you refuse your end and he time you arrived all my customer stayed here they was at work so might be place look empty then u said the parking lot had holes ELEPHANT COULD FALL are you out of your mind yeah there are couple of holes need to be patch i did agreed but ELEPHANT COULD FALL huh we did check the camera she was calm while you was there and rude with her and yes we did inform hotel .com everything and we did not charge your card i hope when you will be OLDER WOMEN no one behave with you like you did my employee
