When I arrived to check in the front door, staff was on the phone. I waited for at least five minutes. Then I would not have booked the room had I known it was an outdoor hotel. It did feel unsafe. When we went into the room the air was not on. it was extremely hot in there.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the wait at the front desk; however, we were sold out and we had a lot of reservations. Also, our photos online clearly shows an exterior hotel and we also some interior rooms but your reservation was a standard room and not a suite. We have suites that have interior access and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused

Hot tub in room was clean, but not working properly. Room was nice size. There was no carpet in room which is definitely a plus at a hotel for me. Sheet had a cigarette burn and should have been tossed instead of reused. Hallway leading to room smelled like big spray, but I guess at least they sprayed. Didn't take advantage of the breakfast. Staff was very friendly and informative. All in all a decent hotel for the price.
