this is one of the few hotels in webster city, and my family and i booked it last minute because it was the only option at the time. staff was friendly. we checked in at 3pm, but made the mistake of not checking the room until we decided to get in for the night at 9pm. we got to the room and it was very stuffy and had an old smell. one of the beds had a burn mark (looked like from a cigarette), but it was supposed to be a non smoking room. my son was playing and lost his toys underneath one of the beds. i went down to look for it and saw this and took a picture. there was a lighter, apple peel shavings, and i think it was a lemon? i talked to the front desk and they had said they would send housekeeping up to take care of it, but my son had already fallen asleep and i didn't want them to wake him up. plus, it should have already been cleaned before i checked in. I asked for a refund or partial, and they said they would talk to management but never got back to me.

Places are either cleaned or not. This was clean.

Compared to the last super 8 we stayed in this one is very run down no amenities

Very disappointed

We ended up booking the room and turns out it was in the wrong direction as to where we were headed. Called to cancel and only got a run atound. Hotels.com says its a Expedia res and Expedia says its Hotels coms. Anyway, i end up disputing the charge on my credit card. I will never use either of these site again.
