Poor services bellboy never helped on our baggage, doors closed at 11 pm and nobody's at the door. Only Dinesh was helpful bellboy was watching beside while we carrying our own luggage.

04/10/2020. Dear Mr. Sun, 1. Regarding the situation of standing out of the entrance, our superiors from Colombo was checked the CCTV and you were stayed outside not more than 10 minutes. While the security went to fill his water bottle you were came there. 2. Due to the current covid-19 tribulation all the hotels runs in low staff. In this regard some sort of services would be not taking in position and sorry to tell you this, you have paid only 3,543/43 per day per 2 Pax (1,771/72 Rs per Pax per day). If even you stayed at a local guest house also the room rate would be more than that. We feel very sorry for you, that such situation also you expected 7 star category facilities. Any way we apologies for the inconvenience that you faced as per the complaint you made. Please be kind enough to refer twice on your review and be amenable. Thank you. Newly refurbished. Clean and tidy. Worth the money

チェックイン時に結婚式の準備をしていて出入口が1つしかないので来客がテーブルについている中部屋に行かなければならなかった。 それはまだいいが、その後会場に入れないようにチェーンで階段を塞がれ外に出ることすらできず、式が終わったことも知らされず部屋に閉じ込められた。 外に出られるようになったが近くには飲み物やフルーツが買えるぐらいの店しかなく、ホテルのレストランは掃除中で20時過ぎにようやく部屋に食事が運ばれてきた。 食器をドアの外に出しておくように言われたが、2日後のチェックアウト時まで放置されていた。 シーツやタオルにはシミがついているし、水回りは水垢だらけ。施設提供の写真は一見きれいに写っているが実際とは違う。 比較的安いツアーをアレンジしてくれたり、チェックイン後の昼食を無料で提供してくれたことは評価するが、おそらく式に使った料理の残り物で、驚くほど不味かった。 夕食よライス&カリーはおいしかった。

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Als je wat extra ruimte wilt hebben boek dan zeker de familiekamer. Hotelpersoneel is erg vriendelijk!
