Publié le 6 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house is super cute, clean and modern. The location was so perfect. I loved being so close to the river. We loved walking the Old Salmon River trail, it was the most beautiful trail I've been on, and it's so close to the house. I had a couple of issues arise upon entering the house and communication with the management was amazing and things were taken care of very quickly by very friendly staff!
It rained steadily two of the three days we were there but it felt cozy in the house. I opened the window so I could hear the river and pulled up a chair and read my book.
We also played one of the board games that was in the house. We enjoyed the hot tub.
Two things that were a little bothersome were the mattresses. I was in the master bdrm and the mattress was very hard and I was sore/stiff every morning upon waking. Tossed and turned at night trying to get comfy. Even a tempur pedic mattress topper would help greatly. My sons in the other bedrooms said their mattresses were hard, too, but they were okay. Two of the pillows in the master bedroom were pretty flat. I'd bring my own from home next time. Amazon has an amazing luxury hotel type pillow with hundreds of thousands of reviews for great prices.
The kitchen does not supply any tupperware or bags or tinfoil/plastic wrap for leftovers if you decide to cook at the home so bring those with you.
All in all, we loved the home and location, the friendly, attentive management and I will come back to stay again!

Perfect get away but close enough
Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfect place to get away but close enough to lots of fun stuff. Property was very cozy and welcoming. Clean and stocked with all the amenities. River was so beautiful and relaxing as was the hot tub. I'd highly recommend this place!

Perfect family cabin
Publié le 10 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was a great fit for our family — comfy master, teen had his own space, little ones loved the bunk bed room. Well stocked and maintained, neat as a pin. Super cozy. Good WiFi. But the 5/5 rating is really for the customer service. Communication from the minute you make the reservation is clear. Management answers questions IMMEDIATELY, like a Malfoy Manor house elf just waiting by to be called upon, and they take every little thing seriously so that you are happy. I’ve rented dozens of times and these folks are the best by a mile.

Exactly what was needed!
Publié le 6 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayIt's off season for a getaway but this was the little slice of quiet riverside paradise that my friends and I desperately needed away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We all had to work still and the wifi was more than sufficient to do everything we needed to and more. The hot tub was fantastic, the river beautiful and soothing, the area was gorgeous too!
Inside is an absolute delight; clean, well organized, and with some immensely comfy beds! My group is in their 30s but we got to fulfill the childhood wish of sleeping in one room with our favorite people. Spacious without being overwhelmingly so and still very cozy at the same time.
Our hosts were extremely sweet and responsive, I could not have asked for better for my first workcation booking. Thank you so much for a joyful experience and fantastic location.
Five stars all around, you won't be disappointed if you book here. It's beautiful and peaceful-- the beds are phenomenal as well!

Snowpocalypse

We lost power at the cabin and all the surrounding towns, but our short time spent we really enjoyed the cabin and highly recommend it. We will book it again at some point when it’s not going to poor weather conditions. Lol.

Great stay for Birthday weekend and Family quality time
Publié le 21 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis property had the perfect location for unplugging and spending time with family. We were 5 adults, and 2 dogs - enough to enjoy the house and property without feeling crowded. We stayed in early December, and it rained on only one of the days - which we liked.
We spent time inside the home next to the fireplace playing games and watching movies, walked our dogs up and down the road on the bridge, and around the river. The river access is so good and worth it. The property reminded my mom and aunt of their ancestral home in Kerala, India. The house itself is smaller than what the pictures make it seem, however it is set up so neatly and aesthetically that you never find it to be a problem.
