Wonderful getaway

It was outside all of the hustle and bustle of popular attractions, but reasonable distance to travel to many places, including Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and Toronto. It was a clean, quiet, and comfortable space for our family. The communication with the house was outstanding; they answered all questions promptly and made the check and check out process a breeze! Highly recommended!

Extended stay

Coming home every evening to a quiet retreat in an equally quiet and well kept neighborhood made all the difference and allowed for relaxation after a long day.
Ww would definitely consider staying here again.

Publié le 21 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe stayed here for a weekend baseball tournament. The check in process was very easy. The property owners were very responsive to our question prior to our stay, during our stay and afterward. The inside was clean. The linens on the beds were clean and fresh.

My family and I enjoyed all four day vacation from Pennsylvania I would definitely recommend this property to friends.

All beautiful appliences and in excellent working conditions. Beautiful bathroom and we really enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit. The communication with the host was excellent and good price for value!

Awesome Place, Awesome Location
Publié le 6 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayWhat a fantastic place! It was the two of us for a week-long getaway to check out the Niagara area, and we couldn't have been happier with what we got! We literally, were all over the Niagara region - Niagara-on-the-Lake, Fort Erie, Port Colborne, Port Maitland, St. Catharines...and this was the perfect 'home base' for us. Everything inside was comfortable and clean, and the check-in process was super easy and super convenient (which was great, because we wound up getting in late our first night). There was a lot within walking distance, and we enjoyed our walks along the river, and the short jaunts into Welland to look at the shoppes downtown. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt like being 'home'. And we loved being able to come back and relax in the evenings. Everything was just perfect (and it was nice to have a full-sized fridge for all the treats we found on our jaunts! LOL)! As for Mike and Felix, we really couldn't have asked for better hosts. While we didn't get an opportunity to meet them in person, they were excellent communicators and whenever we had a question, we had our answer within the hour - always friendly and polite! We definitely were sad leaving this morning, but we are also super relaxed, and enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The next time we are in the Niagara area, we will definitely be getting in contact with Mike and Felix again, because we definitely would rent this place again. Trust us, you won't be disappointed!! ^_^
