The pictures of the property showed things that were not included in the apartment…pool table, outdoor setting, washing machine, bbq (electric grill does not in our eyes constitute a bbq)
There was also nothing on the listing suggesting that the property was run on rain water and our usage of this would be monitored, the fact that there is a bath but you are reluctant to use such facility due to the questioning of your water usage.
However, the apartment itself was lovely and modern with beautiful views of the might Murray, the listing online was misleading and disappointing.

Unfortunately the overview of photos shows as a group of both Washpool Retreat (comfort Duplex) and the Deluxe Apartment. When reserving a place of accommodation it clearly shows the individual photos and unit amenities of each property you are reserving. I’m not sure why that was unclear to you and misleading. Sorry the pool table was removed due to misuse. Yes I do have a sign in the bathroom asking to please be mindful and respectful of rain water usage. We all like a good decent shower without over doing it. We have no way of monitoring it but to be trusting. We do have a large water storage supply but not endless. There is nothing to say not to use the bath due to water usage, if that was the case I would not leave a bath plug. Please look at what you are reserving carefully before booking.

I couldn't imagine a nicer place to stay. The river and Birdlife in a quiet peaceful location and a lovely property.

A relaxing spot to spend with family & friends. Wonderful secluded riverfront position to enjoy some fishing, boating or just tranquil views. Accommodation very clean & comfortable with luxury linens and well equipped kitchen. Will definitely be back ☺️

We loved that the location was only 10 mins from venues, restaurants, fuel etc yet you felt like you were in the middle of nowhere. The property and its surrounds were faultless. The property offered everything you would expect in a luxurious retreat and the hosts were simply wonderful as well.

Amazing view and comfy accomodation

Contre : Locking the gate was a bit hard especially with the hill drive way and if you are on your own. But we understand its for security reasons.
Emplacement : Location was secluded and quiet which was nice. Watching the water life peaceful.
Was over the moon and relaxed with the property. Having a beautiful view of the river, comfy beds and tidy accomodation. Everything was easy to find and value for money.

Great location right on the edge of the Murray

Very quite and peaceful place.

Thank you for your review. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and yes it is often a comment from guests, they wished they stayed longer. Supplying breakfast is not part of my advertising but I do often supply it to overnight guests as little extra.
