Very quiet room and large comfy lounge area. Bathroom/ toilet bit cramped. The staff were particularly nice, genuinely friendly but not ingratiating. Would definitely stay here again. NB Neo cafe was a lovely place for brunch or lunch and just 100 m away

Great location in the City. The Airport Express stops just around the corner. Lots of eating options on the doorstep. The Arlo Cafe opposite is superb. The staff are very friendly and there is a pillow menu. If you are thinking of leaving your bags be aware that reception is manned from 7am to 10am and 1pm to 7pm.

Stayed here a couple of times. Staff are friendly and helpful. Accomodation is nice and close to lots of things. Easy walks to lots of different dining experiences. Will most likely stay here again on our next trip to Wellington!

The room we rented wasn't large enough to open our (normal size) suitcases. It was stuffy without the AC going (which then shone a green light straight in your eyes). The bathroom down the hall had a shower room where the entire floor was wet yet there was no furniture or anything on which to put clean or dirty clothes. In general except for ants in the room it was clean enough, just a lot of money for something that was akin to sleeping in a closet.

Disappointing room but good .location
We had a room on the second floor which was alongside a public stairway. This meant at night it was noisy, the street light was on twenty four hours a day there was a bench outside the bedroom window where local drunks would sit, sing, shout or chat. Its position was such they could see into the bedroom itself, requiring the curtains to be partially drawn whenever we were there. The main room window looks onto the upper part of the stairway so pedestrians look downwards into it. The bathroom was poorly planned, you had to walk around the door to get in and close it as the washing machine was so close to both shower door and bathroom door. There was no plug for either sink and it took the staff 4 days to provide akitchen p,ug, no bathroom plug ever appeared (it was a different size). The wind whistled down the corridor making it noisy when trying to sleep. We spoke to various mdmbers of staff zbout these issues and the only option given was to upgrade, pay more and move rooms. The location was good..the carpet had stains on it..our shower was not working properly but maintenence came and fixed it right away. Kittenette amenities were minimal but servicable. Elevators were quick.

Room was great, Juliette balcony with view on to the road below. Bed very comfortable, lovely pillows Bathroom on the smallish side, but adequate - washing machine also in the bathroom. Air con is by way of a portable fan, didn't use it as not warm weather outside. A lounge chair, and table with two chairs, all the usual kitchen appliances. Only downside: the fridge was a bit noisy, but still managed to sleep OK.
