A perfect long stay
Publié le 17 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayFirst I'll talk about the property: I booked this property for about 2 months while I was on a rotation at a hospital nearby so I would leave very early mornings or sometimes late at night. Everything about it was perfect and as a woman alone leaving at odd hours I never felt unsafe. The property location is great, I would even walk to the Publix half a mile away as it was a nice walk or to nearby parks as well. The property itself is clean and cute and has everything you could need for a long or short stay, full size fridge, utensils and cookware, coffee maker, tv, bath products. I even was able to bring my cat who enjoyed watching outside the windows as well.
Now to discuss the amazing property owner. I would give the property owner 10 stars alone if I could. She immediately answered when I had issues with the door (user error lol) and was very sweet overall. What put it above and beyond is when I thought I lost my cat. Not only did she help for 2 hours to find him including driving me around the area but she was the one who ended up discovering his hiding spot! It is so clear that she is a caring and attentive host and I am so grateful to have her to help when I did not know anyone nearby.
So overall, I would highly recommend as it is a beautiful and safe property and the host is exceptional as well!

Nice surprise
Publié le 30 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayBefore we checked in, the property manager mentioned everything was just updated. Very clean and perfect for our stay. We go to the ithink amphitheater every year for a two day concert. For our limited time there, it was perfect, it was quiet, it was clean! The neighborhood was nice, but also not what we expected when we booked in Wellington. But we had no issues. We would definitely stay again!
