This is an old hotel that needs a total refurbishment. Our room was sub par in terms of cleanliness. Scuffed walls, dirty windows on the inside, dust on fridge, snagged drapes, chipped furniture and a grungy bathroom. There were used room service trays left for up to 24 hours in the hallway. Plus is the staff were very nice and the bed linens were clean but I would not recommend this hotel.

Great stay with newly renovated rooms. Bit of a walk to the main downtown area. Parking was an additional cost and a bit of a tight parking garage. Restaurant was lovely and staff was very friendly and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade!

Great location. Walkable distance to lots of attractions, especially loved the elevator that brings us all the way down to Lambton Quay. Would be better if parking fee was cheaper.
