It was clean and inviting and we really loved the interior design - visually stunning throughout. Staff were wonderful and ready to go the extra mile. We will be staying at Naumi again but also telling all our friends about it. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

The staff were friendly but seemed uninformed. We paid $837 for 5 nights in a larger room (Zest Queen) but were allocated to a tiny room. We queried this and were told all the rooms were the same. The bathroom door kept sliding open and the toilet was just 2.5m from the bed, so the tine bedroon stank at times. The bathroom sink was leaking water, which soaked the carpet. Thus we got wet feet whenever we got out of bed. We won't use this hotel again.

Good location and styling of room, but in Summer the lack of air conditioning in the room results in very hot almost unbearable conditions. A ceiling fan is really not cooling things down!!

Great location, needs deep clean
This hotel is really well located, but always seems like it needs a deep clean. Skirting boards thick with dust, used tea bags thrown out window, around shower needed a scrub, frayed curtains.
