Hôtel très bien situé et personnel fort sympathique à l’accueil. Malheureusement, pas de buanderie, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur la fiche Expédia. Il faut plutôt aller faire son lavage à l’hôtel Ibis à quelques coins de rue de là, ce qui est peu pratique.

Emplacement idéal, service de qualité Solution de petit déjeuner d'un bon rapport qualité prix. Un bon rapport qualité prix en CBD de Wellington.

Stayed with my 7yr old. Great location, she loved the welcome kiwi, arrival reception was great, very good breakfast.

We loved our stay at the Novotel. Easy access to all the shops, great that you had a lift in the hotel that went straight down to Lambton Quay. Rooms were tidy and clean and the hotel breakfast was amazing and such a great price. 1 adult eating and all the kids under 16 ate free. Dinner was also delicious. Great that you have the option to park in the public car park next door at $24 a day instead of valet parking in hotel for $40. Would highly recommend.

Toilet was leaking in room and wet all over the bathroom floor Although 4 adults were booked into room facilities were only provided for 2 eg 2 towels 2 mugs etc etc
