Rooms are clean and nicely finished
Kitchens are well equipped
Staff are friendly and welcoming
Room rate was low and would happily stay again
Close to shops, bars and restaurants
Negatives:
We had a support beam through the middle of our room (see photo). We were there for 32 hours so we didn’t mind too much but if you are here for longer ask to change rooms as it gets annoying.
There are steps up to the front door. Not sure about disabled access but they will send someone down to help with bags.
Multi-story car park is across the street and not easy to drive around and not easy to get to with suitcases.

Plus, being close Cuba Street and the CBD shops, bars, and restaurants is such a bonus!Regarding the column in your room, we totally understand how it could be a bit annoying. Since we converted the building from an office block, we had to work around the existing columns. The good news is that your room is probably one of the safest spots to be in an earthquake! If you’re here for a longer stay, feel free to ask for a different room, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.We appreciate your feedback about the steps up to the front door and the multi-story car park across the street. Our team is always ready to help with bags, and we’ll keep working on making things as convenient as possible for our guests.Thanks again for sharing both the positives and the areas we can improve. Room was very small but clean and well equipped to be functional and large window with over the roofs city and bay view so room left light, bright and open. The location was very convenient with everything one needs within easy walking within the vicinity. Glad we booked this.

Was amazing, staff were lovely and easily able to get in contact and communicate with. The room was devine and so was the area around us. 12/10 will be back!

Very good location , eating and shopping within walking distance. Room clean and comfortable, though compact and adequate kitchen for our needs. Complimentary laundry was a plus as we stayed 6 days. Overall a pleasant stay and will recommend
