The only problem with this property is that the only after hours access is via the Plimmer steps. This made it tricky when we came back after dinner on Saturday night to find the access to the lifts, locked! Mum was in a wheelchair so getting her up the stairs was a challenge, as going around to vehicle entrance wasn’t going to happen either. After that it was walk out via the vehicle entrance during the weekend and taxi back. This restricted our outings quite a bit. Otherwise the accomodation was great! Handy to lovely attractions and to the TSB arena for WOW show. Which btw was abundantly WOW.

Checkin Location at Level 7
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsIt was a bit inconvenient for the checkin floor at level 7 while we arrived the place at the Main Street at lower ground. There is an elevator and glass gate but you need an entrance card to get in the lift and passed through the glass door. For those who have not yet checked in like us, you have to carry your large luggage to climb long staircase to reach the lift to check in floor.
