Very comfortable and clean studio, located in the very center of Wellington. Friendly and helpful staff. The gym was also very convenient.

Clean place. Nice management. Everything restocked well. Walkable to a lot of dining options. 5 mins walk to bus station that can take you around the city.

The room was great, heaps of space, modern,all the facilities you would need. Very close to walk to anywhere in central Wellington. I was initially unsure about entry procedures but it was easy. Parked across the road in Hotel park, it was only a 2 minute walk to hotel. Overall a place I would recommend. Thanks.

Close to Te Papa and the waterfront. Quiet room considering its location. Room was pretty run down though, needs some TLC.

We stayed at U Residence Hotel on our road trip to Queenstown and on our return. We absolutely loved this place and we were travelling with our wee dog who was able to stain our room. It was extremely clean, warm and the location is amazing, both for food and to the Ferry. Check in was easy and contactless. Definitely will stay here again with or without dog.

It is advertised as a hotel, but is actually more like serviced apartments. No parking, no checkin desk etc, no dining.

Parking is available upon request for an additional fee. We operate contactless check-in, with instructions sent via email on the day of arrival. Additionally, our duty manager is on-site from 9 am to 5 pm to provide any assistance to the guest.
