Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay and found everything to be as we expected it. We experienced a little confusion about the need to sign in at the lobby, but figured things out. Otherwise, all went well.

It was nice accept there was a couple things like I asked for no feather pillows and there was two on each bed so broke out. There was some mold on shower head.

Easy registration and check in. Good location! Neat and clean studio apartment. Dark. Bedroom needs better lighting, perhaps ceiling fan and over head light. There is a distinct smell that needed deodorants to mask. The supplied Febreze fan deodorizer was out of pods and we could not find replacements in either apartment or local stores. Bathroom was clean, but mildew and poor caulking around tub and sink. Toweling and sheets were very clean! Bedspreads needed some cleaning. Floors, walls and ceilings looked well maintained. Screen porch was nice but could use some “love”. Bed was soft for our taste and sheets are way too big for bed size, causing bunching and need for constant adjustment. Kitchen appliances worked well. Old table needs table cloth. TV adequate, but could use an upgrade and better replacement. Internet adequate but spotty.

Needs updating.

Place needs a refresh. Also, very few pans to cook with and only 2 forks???

Maine during fall

We enjoyed pool and pool table. The only negative was lack of forks. Had to go to club house to borrow forks in order to eat dinner. We would stay again

Quick getaway

Lovely area, restaurants and beaches. Condo was not clean nor was pool. Screen was broken and door had sauce on it. Beds and towels were clean and very soft.

Great except for smell

This location was exactly as advertised. Quieter than expected, to be honest. Only downside was the room smelled like fish, not sure if it was a previous vacationer or why that part of the experience was marred. Otherwise, everything was exactly as advertised. Overall a good time!

The only thing that upset me was that the slider to the porch curtains were broke and I had to hang

The sliding door drapes were broke and did not cover half the window so I had to hang a blanket over them at night I thought that was a little odd

Over all stay.

It stated there was cable and DVD player. There was only Netflix and the DVD player did not work. I felt they could have left out more towels for staying 5 days for 4 people. Otherwise it was very clean and nice.
