Loved our stay!

The gentlemen who own this b&b are wonderful! So helpful and friendly!
And their three course breakfast was delicious! Would recommend to anyone! Beds were very comfortable too!

Great breakfasts and very personable hosts. Only negative was, like many hotels in the area, it's right on route 1. Traffic noise makes nice garden nor so appealing

Dear Ian, Thank you for the wonderful review. We're glad that you enjoyed the Elmere House breakfast. As far as the traffic is concerned, we're in a very busy and desirable area located between Ogunquit and Kennebunkport of Maine and it gets very populated in season. Like all of the lodging establishments located on route 1 in Ogunquit to Kennebunk Maine we have no control over that. The owners Mike & Bill were so personable, friendly & accommodating. The breakfast was made fresh on the premises every morning and was different every morning, served up with Bills homemade blueberry and coffee bread

Oh my gosh! What a wonderful experience we had staying at Elmere House. This was our first time at a Bed & Breakfast and we could not have picked a more perfect place! Michael and Bill were such gracious hosts. They offered suggestions on entertainment and restaurants in the area. The whole place is just beautifully kept and decorated...inside and out! Breakfast was phenomenal! Visiting with them both and the other guests while we ate was the best; it felt like you were with family. We will definitely be back next year. -Karen & Paul from NY

Loved it here. Sad we hadn’t booked a second night. The hosts were awesome, the room was cozy, the grounds were beautiful, everything was impeccably kept. We’ll be back! Thank you!
