From the moment we arrived the staff (Ty) made us feel so welcome. We stayed in Wells for 2 nights as a stopover before heading to North Devon. The rooms was clean and tidy and had all the facilities we could wish for and great value for the price. The staff was fantastic especially Ty who was extremely helpful with local knowledge and placed to visit. Breakfast was great you could have anything from Full English to Continental.
Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and found the staff,Ty who checked us in and Ade the new manager, very friendly and helpful. It was extremely hot when we stayed and we were given a chilled bottle of water on arrival. A fan had also been running in the room so the temperature in our room was comfortable. We got a very good deal on our room rate including breakfast which made it extremely good value. The location is fantastic for exploring the beautiful and historic city. Although there is no parking on site, we parked on the upper storey of Waitrose car park which is a short walk away.
There were steep steps up to the rooms but these weren’t a problem as we didnt have any luggage. It would be good if the walkway

Comfortable stay and value for money
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsMy stay here was comfortable and just what I needed for my work trip. The staff were lovely and super helpful. The room was clean but there was a wall paper peeling next to the window. Unfortunately I struggled to connect to the free wifi so was stuck hot spotting or just watching Freeview TV. Right in the middle of Wells so I was able to park for free overnight until 8am.

Revisit childhood
