Casamaria, Wells-next-the-Sea

Located on the desirable, leafy, Georgian square called The Buttlands in Wells-next-the-Sea, stylish Casamaria is only a stone's throw from two of Wells's finest gastro pubs and all the amenities this bustling little seaside town has to offer. A five-minute walk leads you to the historic quay, and from there a further fifteen-minute walk takes you to the stunning sandy beach with rainbow beach huts and fragrant pinewood walks.

The good-sized kitchen features plenty of work top space and modern appliances for rustling up delicious meals. With a lovely breakfast table at one end, this is a great spot for gathering together in the morning to plan the day ahead. Seating for seven is offered around the table in the dining room, which enjoys view across the attractive Buttlands area. A family bathroom is conveniently located on this floor featuring bath and separate shower. A charming sun porch with seating for tow guests and a door to the enclosed garden completes this floor.

Upstairs on the first floor, four inviting bedrooms are presented. With views over the Buttlands, the master bedroom hosts a super-king bed, with a king size bed in bedroom two, and double beds in the further two bedrooms. These rooms are served by a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. For when the sun is shining, there is a barbecue provided outside in the enclosed south-facing courtyard garden. To the front of the property, there is parking available for one car.

Casamaria benefits from easy access to restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops. Two excellent gastropubs, The Crown and The Globe are just a very short walk away, and for good coffee and lighter bites, Bang in Wells is approximately five-minutes walk away. Bike hire is also nearby at Wells Bike Hire, with e-bikes available to hire from Cockle Bay Hire.
