Greeted by friendly owner when we arrived who gave us the key to our room. My kids and I stayed here during a trip to Wellsville in the summer. We wanted air conditioning for a night and a tv to watch with children’s shows. We found Simpsons on FX and PBS Kids before bedtime were great! The place was a motel style with private entrance which we appreciated for an easy commute to our vehicle and other guests were quiet. It was the middle of the week. Typical motel setup with the basics. We also appreciated being able to check in at 2:30pm which I believe check in is at noon according to hotels.com so that was a bonus since it’s earlier than other motels. This was exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. Thank you.

The Worst

Room was bad , lights very dim , bad smell , did not feel safe , door felt unsecured, shady individuals outside of room , Miracle stood in room for 10 minutes mainly because family looking for another hotel to spend the night, once found gave back room key to front desk and never looked back, Disgusted with hotel and Disappointed Hotels.com for having this as a choice, this is a first for me and my family a refund for not spending the night in those conditions is valid

The room was musty and set off my allergies. The mattress was old and very uncomfortable.

Stink bugs infestation in the room: Door looked like they were kicked in at one time; Non Smoking room and it smelled of cigarettes so bad. The rooms next to the one they gave us the key to contents were all sitting outside and the doors were off. Expedia take this off your site. This is not something you would want to support or have as an option for places to stay.

The room was very dark. Only one lamp. The light switch did nothing. Not enough towels for the number of guests.

Qires sticking out of the wall the heater did not work fire alarm not in stalled... place had mold on celling bacth room nasty as all hell
