This place was a complete dump. The place was inhumane. The bathroom was gross, the a/c turned on but did not cool. From when I got there it was a complete bad experience. I was down there for the weekend and rented a 2 queen bed room. The person at the counter ended up telling me that the room I had rented was not available and that’s the only choice I had. The place is a place to stay for the homeless. Completely horrible experience.

This place is a shelter for drug addictive, the conditions of the room was very poor and the cleaning was terrible. I do not recommend to anyone staying on this hotel never. Also I have some pictures for providing.

Best Inn

Greeted by friendly owner when we arrived who gave us the key to our room. My kids and I stayed here during a trip to Wellsville in the summer. We wanted air conditioning for a night and a tv to watch with children’s shows. We found Simpsons on FX and PBS Kids before bedtime were great! The place was a motel style with private entrance which we appreciated for an easy commute to our vehicle and other guests were quiet. It was the middle of the week. Typical motel setup with the basics. We also appreciated being able to check in at 2:30pm which I believe check in is at noon according to hotels.com so that was a bonus since it’s earlier than other motels. This was exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. Thank you.

The Worst

Room was bad , lights very dim , bad smell , did not feel safe , door felt unsecured, shady individuals outside of room , Miracle stood in room for 10 minutes mainly because family looking for another hotel to spend the night, once found gave back room key to front desk and never looked back, Disgusted with hotel and Disappointed Hotels.com for having this as a choice, this is a first for me and my family a refund for not spending the night in those conditions is valid
