We had a spacious, comfortable room. We also sat awhile in the 'sunroom'. We had a delicious evening meal and a wonderful breakfast! All staff were really friendly and helpful.

The inn Was very rural nothing close to it but it was very clean and the staff were super and very helpful. Meals there were lovely.

An amazing find - far surpassed our expectations
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsWe booked this fairly last minute to break a long car journey from South East England to North Wales. We booked largely on convenience of location and price, and were encouraged by the positive reviews we read. But our expectations were vastly exceeded by the excellent experience we had in every way. The girl who welcomed us at check in couldn't have been friendlier; we had a lovely family room for the price with a well stocked hospitality tray and little themed extras and access to a comfy seating area and balcony with country views. The room was quiet and we'd never have known we were above a pub. As for breakfast, what can I say. The most amazing selection; full English, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, poached egg and kippers, omelette, fruit, yoghurt and honey, home made preserves and sauces. Unlimited choices and all cooked to order and served by the friendly staff in a pleasant conservatory area. Probably one of the best breakfasts we've ever had, including in much more expensive establishments. We'll definitely be back!
