Restaurants within walking distance. Easy access, plenty of parking, and hot breakfast in the morning. Overall worth the price, and we would stay here again.

They will rob you

STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK
Imagine my surprise when i got home and found a charge for $125. They charged me that amount for 2 stained towels. Yes i used them to clean up a spill, but figured they would appreciate the fact that i cleaned up the mess. I don't know where they're shopping if they are paying $60 per towel. Also, checking with other hotels they were surprised they would do that as it isn't normal practice.
If i can't get a refund i have requested the towels to be sent to me, as i have already paid for them, so they are holding on to stolen goods. Not surprisingly i have yet to get a response from them. I will take them to small claims court if i don't receive the towels.
We also had to wait to check in as the person behind the counter was on the phone dealing with a customer complaint. Maybe this is typical for them. I have been traveling to this area for the past 14 years for 3 days of shows at The Gorge Amphitheater. The other hotels I've stayed at are booked solid. I'd say they were only at half capacity.
I know each hotel is independently owned, but I have also reached out to corporate so they know what's going on at this location.

The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to listen to our concerns and make sure we got a room that suited our needs. However, the hotel room needed work. 4 lightbulbs were out, pillows were small and hard, the desk chair was threadbare and the room had an odor to it. Worst of all were the two dirty homeless men who came in high on drugs to the breakfast room, dug through much of the food items and plastic utensils, touched everything in sight and loaded 3 plates each with food, filled their pockets with all the biscuits, and took 3 coffees each. We felt unsafe and did not want to eat there. Although we would like to support the new owners and stay there again, our stay was quite unpleasant overall.

We apologize for the run down of the rooms. We are doing our best to replace furnishes. We will be on top of the unwelcomed people that come in, and we apologize that you had to witness that. We hope you come back to see the difference.
