Quick trip.

I did request a main floor room because there was no elevator and when we checked in there was no ground floor room. My wife has troubles that make it almost imposable for her to do stairs, so that was hard. Next time will get a hotel with an elevator

This hotel had a wonderful staff and the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was also top notch.

Front desk person was rude , property is old has no elevator. One thing I did like is lots of dining options. Breakfast is not good either.

The rooms at this property are horrible. They have a very bad smell of cigarette smoke. I’m sure when BW took over this hotel they fixed the reception and dining area and left the rooms the same. The floors are filthy; the towels are stained; and the linens were not fresh. We were offered another room which was even worse than the first. We have stayed at many BW hotels. This one they may not want to include in their portfolio. Best Western — you can and should do much better. We left and went to a different hotel. And we are out a night’s stay. Bummer that Expedia was not attentive to our issue.
