Very nice, good location.
Posted Aug. 15, 2024 on HotelsStaff was very cheerful and helpful, especially since I was traveling with my very elderly mother. Only issue was the pool hoists did not work. Very disappointing since it was specifically why we selected this hotel. Manager was right on it though, having the maintenance trying to fix the issue.
Room was nice, not spectacular but perfectly fine. Beds were very soft, good for Mom, but not for me. Very nice quality linens. Breakfast had usual assortment of hot and cold options. There is an awesome c9ffee machine in the lobby… latte was perfect.

Not sure it is smoking smell or other , but as soon as we enter there was mixed smell (smoke etc) , breakfast is not great, and I would prefer another one if we get choice

I was looking for a pet-friendly property to stay with my family and our dog, so I used Expedia's pet-friendly filter when booking. When we arrived at the hotel around 9:00 pm, I entered through the front door with my dog, provided my card, and received our room keys without any issues.
However, about half an hour later, I received a call from the front desk informing me that the property was not dog-friendly and that I would have to leave. They refused to refund my money, claiming it was Expedia's fault.
I tried finding other options in the area, but everything was sold out. Ultimately, they allowed me to stay only after I signed multiple forms stating that I would be fully responsible for any damage my dog might cause.
This experience was extremely frustrating, especially since I had to deal with all of this at 10:00 pm with a newborn baby and a dog when it was well past her sleep time. I would not recommend this property to anyone traveling with pets.

Yes, I am sorry, but we are not pet friendly. However the way this was handled should not have happened. I will be talking to my staff about this and making sure they know not to treat people this way.

Bed was very comfortable. Daily breakfast with 24/7 coffee was awesome!
