No hot water in the evening, not more in the morning! hot tub not working! The person at the frontdesk tried to help but was alone to deal with an almost full hotel! Management puts no ressources, change business if you can't run a big hotel!

All the staff I encountered were super nice. Rooms were a decent size. Only thing I have to complain about is that the faucet in my bathroom was leaking pretty bad. Made it difficult to sleep.

Upon checking in, I found that my bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub and used soap. I asked for a change of room they were unable to accommodate. and I had to clean the bathroom myself

Weylin, I am sorry for not being able to move your room when you discovered subpar cleaning in your bathroom. the hotel was full that particular evening which really limits our ability to move guests around. we will share this information with housekeeping and do better moving forward. thank you for your comments and letting us know about your stay.

Staff was very friendly and responsive. Other than the main entry, the doors need to be easier to open. Good breakfast options. Please include a wash cloth in the rooms. Completely met our needs for an over night stay.

Quite! There was a lot of choices for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable!
