They did have some construction going on but staff was super friendly and accomadating and we loved the pool which open 24/7. Very convenient location and good price.

Run away as fast as you can!

Arrived to a construction site. Construction dust and debris strewn throughout hallway and left unattended with no regard for guest safety. No running water (due to construction). The following morning there was cold running water, but no hot water. Phones in room didn’t it work so went to front desk to check out immediately. Of course, no manager was available. Switched to another hotel (at additional expense) and addressed the billing with my credit card issuer.

The place was under construction. No mention when i booked. Elevator was not working. No hot water for shower. Toilet plugged up twice

The staff refused to allow my family and I to check in. I begged them give us a room as I’d already paid, it was 11pm and we were 3 hours from home. They still refused to allow us to check in. All because I was on the phone with my mother in law waiting in the lobby cuz the hotels systems were down and I was telling my mother in law about this creepy hallway that was under construction and the front desk lady said “if you think it’s creepy here, why stay here?” Then she said “in fact, I’m not going to let you stay here! You need to leave!”I even asked for her manager, she was gone for a minute, she came Back with the owner who didn’t even hear me out and told me no that I needed to leave now. They even threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave because I continued to beg for the room that I already paid for. They then said they cancelled my reservation so I no longer had a paid room. I’m still waiting to be reimbursed.
