Holiday House - Hiirlonhüs

The bright and modern holiday home is about 90 m² in size. Spread over 3 floors (ground floor, attic and loft) you will find enough space for well-being for up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a separate kitchen with all amenities, Neff appliances, dishwasher and both Senseo and normal coffee. Also located on the ground floor is the cozy living room with dining area, flat screen TV, DVD, Wi-Fi and Ipod docking station, as well as the guest toilet. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a large double bed (1.80m) and a flat screen TV and another bedroom with a 1.40 m wide double bed and a modern bathroom with shower / WC. In both bedrooms you have plenty of room in spacious wardrobes to stow your clothes. A safe for your valuables is also available. In the loft is the third bedroom with two single beds and another TV. Here you can also store your clothes in built-in wardrobes. The sunny south-facing terrace is equipped with a beach chair and teak garden furniture. Enjoy a wonderful view of the garden, which is surrounded by a frieze wall, from the terrace with a leisurely breakfast coffee or an evening glass of wine. Immediately opposite there is a large green area; You therefore have an unobstructed view directly into the green. On the property there is a parking space for your car and bicycle parking available. In the basement you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer with coin operation.   With regard to children and non-smokers, we attach importance to smoking only on the terrace. If you bring a dog, a final cleaning charge of 30,00 Euro has to be paid.
